According to a 1992 survey, 92% of Americans believed that home banking was impractical. People are increasingly utilizing internet banking. It was enabled by automation and the internet, today used in almost every industry and vocation. Automation is not the same as the film robots. Every day, automation is used in a variety of ways, including chatbots on websites, employee payment systems, and sorting goods in massive factories.

Automation refers to the use of machines and computers that work independently of human intervention. The self-driving automobile is an astounding demonstration of automation. Some multinational conglomerates, such as Uber, are also utilizing self-driving vehicles in their operations. In Bangladesh, there were 7,317 deaths in 2020, and the number is increasing each year exponentially. On the other hand, a self-driving car is 99 percent safer on the road than a human driver [1].

Marketing and market analysis automation are crucial. Marketing tools now dominate business-to-consumer engagements. Intelligent chatbots and email marketing software are two examples. The marketing department can save time by using marketing technologies. Customer service has also become extensively computerized. Customers require 24/7 assistance, and it is tough to handle them. Chatbots can be very effective in this.Chatbots are provided with a variety of fundamental frequently asked queries. When a consumer asks for help, it provides the best answer. Mobile/E-banking is also automated. In Bangladesh, people welcomed this digital transaction medium[2].

Power systems have also been heavily automated in recent decades.. Protective relays, circuit breakers and other control systems collect data from systems and collapse or isolate them if a major issue emerges. A fault can stop manufacturing, and it can be difficult to identify manually. So the factory can't manufacture. As a result, computers are being used to analyze faults.

Consumers and suppliers alike have embraced automation technology, particularly in the COVID-19 circumstance. However, automation has existed for an extended period, even before Covid-19, due to people's increasing reliance on the internet today. Businesses already accustomed to AI and internet-based management and supply have reaped enormous benefits and increased their prominence. Business travel

Additionally, people have recognized the value of automation and moved their focus to it. However, a company/business that does not convert to automation may be unable to meet its milestones since customers will prefer internet services even in the post-Covid world. As a result, there is no reason to fear automated processes. It is already pervasive in our lives.Automation will increase our opportunities and pave the way for a more prosperous future.
